Good Morning Crew, this Monday Motivation is more like a Wednesday Motivation – sorry! I’ve been busy with work and spend most of Monday on the Cycle Track in Dudenhofen watching the Races and studying for Uni on Tuesday. So here is finally my plan for this week:
Since I had a Race on Sunday my Monday was dedicated to Resting. Tuesday was kind of an easy day as well, so is Wednesday. Tough this week is primarily focused on swimming I’m setting a slight Bike focus with some tough sessions as well. To prevent Sundays Running Tragedy (Race Report will be up tomorrow) I want to focus more on my Running. Endurance is kind of the thing I need to work on the most. I’m feeling it when I go for runs (or not) and most of all during Lacrosse Practice. I have become quite painfully aware of how unfit I am and in what bad shape I am regarding running longer than 5 Minutes.
I’m only having one Lacrosse practice this week due to bank holiday on Monday and me having to Work on Wednesday. But I am really looking forward to Friday – also because we plan on watching the Semifinale Maryland-Boston in one of my favourite Sports Cafe’s afterwards plus a Camera Team will show up and make a report about us. If I’m feeling good on Sunday I am trying to squeeze in a 5k Run to gain some of that endurance I don’t possess.
