Monday Motivation #19

Good Afternoon Crew! Last week was a great success in terms of Swimming, LAX and Running. Not so much in biking… Mainly because Biking takes up a lot of time and I really really needed to study for University so I didn’t have as much time as I thought. But I stuck to most of it and it worked quite well. Swimming outside has made me so unbelievably happy and gave a bunch of new energy and motivation.

This week we’re looking at a Taper-Week – kind of. I will use the same programmes for Running and Swimming though I will reduce the latter to three sessions. My Lacrosse table stays the same as every week and will sub for most of my runs as well. Today (Monday) is recovery day and I’m only doing the LAX practice.

Sunday is Race Day! The first Race of the year and I feel so unprepared. But to be completely honest I planed for this Competition to be a C-Race, meaning a Training Race, anyway so I won’t be devastated when it turns out to be a disaster.
