Welcome Crew to a new week. I got ill halfway through Training Camp in Italy and even though I am already back for over a week my cough and runny nose is still going strong. Which is precisely why Monday is almost empty.
I am going to the Big Bike Race in Frankfurt Eschborn on Tuesday so I might have to cancel either my Run or my Bike tour. Wednesday is still more on the back burner. I hope my cold improves during the week so I can get back into full on training mode by Thursday. Just to be safe I planned an easy day for Friday and since there is no competition or game this weekend I am up to an intensive Saturday. I planned all my Long Sessions for Sunday because that’s the only day in the week with enough time.
My Focus is mostly on getting back into some sort of rhythm and improve my basic endurance. I am yet to figure out my new Routine with my new University Schedule so the separate Sessions might get jumbled around a little bit, but that is the basic plan.
