Happy New Year Guys! I hope you are all ready for some workouts this year. The big gluttony is over and we are finally back to status quo which means getting the pends and kilos rolling to be ready for this coming season.
Calendar Week 1: 1st January – 7th January
Because I’m going skiing on either Wednesday or Friday (depending on weather) I planned my week so that I can easily switch the running from Wednesday to Friday if needed without losing the desired effect.
You may also have noticed that I don’t have any Swim Sessions planned which will unfortunately stay that way until mid-February. I hurt my left hand when I slipped on a mixture of wet gras and leaves last week and unfortunatley hurt my ligament on the inside of my wrist. So no swimming for me for a while.
Parkour in the Lacrosse section (sry for the spelling mistake by the way) means nothing else than speed and footwork combined with stick skills.
